IVRS NUMBERS OF RAILWAY ENQUIRY MADE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL CELLULAR NETWORKS

The Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) of Railway Enquiry has been made accessible to all Cellular networks including CDMA services. All the mobile users and CDMA users can directly access the IVRS Enquiry numbers of 139 and 1345 of Railways for accommodation availability, arrival and departures of trains etc.

While all the mobile users can directly access these numbers without prefixing the STD / Area code, CDMA mobile users of Reliance Infocomm will have to prefix the STD / Area code (040) for accessing these numbers.
